What you'll do

• Ensuring and measuring the impact of training and its relevance to participants. Measuring the final business impact of training
• Scheduling & having conversations with stake holders from business, COE and HRP at frequent intervals to understand business nuances
• Carry out diagnostics to understand business challenges and its likely solution from L&D lens. Preparing & presenting diagnostic reports using tools like BEI, FGD
• Content Design & Delivery
• Create learning designs for multiple forms of learning interventions, ranging from classroom, VILT to self-paced learning

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
