Manager – Indirect Sourcing (Buy Desk Operations)Location The Assistant Manager will lead Buy Desk operations supporting global stakeholders, manage a team of analysts, drive P2P process excellence, and ensure achievement of service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of Buy Desk Analysts and Senior Analysts
• Own day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations
• Manage stakeholder relationships and escalations
• Drive SLA, KPI, productivity, quality, and compliance performance
• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Com or BBA
