About the role

Lead a team of 7 Supply Chain Process Experts responsible for driving New Product Incubation, Customer Non-Standard BID support, Process Simplification, Process Documentation and Supply Chain Tool Transformation .

What you'll do

  • Team Leadership & Project Portfolio Management
  • Lead and manage a team of 7 Supply Chain Process Experts with accountability for their respective projects and deliverables
  • Assess incoming requirements, prioritise the project portfolio and allocate appropriate project managers/process experts based on complexity
  • Establish clear objectives, timelines, deliverables and accountability for projects managed by the team
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of issues
