About the role

As our Sales Development Manager – Water Segment, you will play a key role in accelerating the growth of Sensing Solutions business across India by developing strategic customers, expanding channel partnerships and identifying new market opportunities.

What you'll do

• Develop and grow the Sensing Solutions business across priority water applications in India, with a strong focus on new customer and market development
• Build and manage a high-quality opportunity pipeline, positioning relevant sensing technologies and converting opportunities into sustainable business growth
• Develop and execute market and channel development plans, working with distributors, partners and system integrators to expand market reach and customer coverage
• Understand customer needs and analyse market and competitor trends to identify emerging applications, future business opportunities and portfolio requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to position Sensing Solutions
