About the role

The Store executive will be responsible for efficiently managing the site stores for solar project materials and equipment. This role ensures proper receipt, storage, documentation, and issuance of materials as per project requirements, while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring minimal material wastage.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per PO/delivery challan
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, and tagging of all materials and components
• Ensure handling and storage of solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, etc., is as per OEM guidelines
• Monitor and maintain stock levels; raise indent for replenishment
• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), MRN (Material Receipt Notes), stock registers, and issue slips

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• SAP
• Excel
• Solar
• ERP
• Tally
• Internal controls
• B.Com or BBA or Diploma

Good to have

• Reconciliation
