About the role

The *Planning Manager* for solar projects is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely execution of solar energy projects. This role involves coordination with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows and compliance with project timelines, quality, and cost objectives.

What you'll do

• #### *1. Project Planning & Scheduling:*
• Develop and manage the *master schedule* for solar projects using tools like *Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software*
• Break down project timelines into *work breakdown structures (WBS)* and set realistic milestones
• Identify *critical path activities* and ensure timely execution to avoid delays
• Forecast *resource allocation, manpower planning, and material procurement schedules*

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• Financial analysis
