About the role

Design end-to-end learning programmes based on training requirements Implement new initiatives including Journey Programmes, digital learning. Coordinate and facilitate training programmes, including preparation of pre- and post-assessments, attendance records, and participant evaluation forms.

What you'll do

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning requirements
• Design end-to-end learning programmes based on training requirements
• Implement new initiatives including Journey Programmes, digital learning
• Coordinate and facilitate training programmes, including preparation of pre- and post-assessments, attendance records, and participant evaluation forms
• Prepare training programme feedback summaries and evaluation reports to assess learning effectiveness
