Manager, Learning & Development

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager is the learning business partner for the Global India Center (GIC). The role works with business leaders and HRBPs to understand learning needs, and then plans, coordinates and runs the learning programs that meet them at a GIC level. The role is function-agnostic, covering leadership and professional development, core enterprise capabilities, and skills that support the GIC as it grows.

What you'll do

• Work with business leaders and HRBPs to understand team-level learning needs and translate them into specific program requirements
• Run regular check-ins with stakeholder groups to keep the learning plan current and gather feedback on what is working
• Act as the single point of contact for the business on learning requests, timelines and escalations
• Program Planning and Coordination
• Propose and execute the annual learning plan for the GIC, including priorities, sequencing and resourcing, for sign-off by the Head of Learning, Change and Comms

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
• Learning and development
• Any graduate
