What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide legal advice to management on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory matters
• Handle disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that impact the company and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders
