About the role

Provide management with clear compliance insights and risk-based reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. B. Compliance Management Framework & Digitisation Drive the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of an enterprise-wide compliance management framework aligned with business activities and regulatory obligations.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic legal and regulatory compliance advice to business units and oversee compliance risk, corporate compliance, governance
• Drive risk assessments, strengthen contractual safeguards, and implement standardized policies, procedures
• Lead compliance risk assessments and monitoring across business operations to evaluate adherence to applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
• Identify material compliance gaps and emerging risks, advise stakeholders on mitigation priorities, and oversee timely closure of corrective and preventive actions
• Provide management with clear compliance insights and risk-based reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement
