About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and business-oriented Manager - Legal to join our Legal team in Bengaluru. The role requires a strong focus on contract management and the ability to independently support multiple business functions by providing practical, risk-balanced legal advice while enabling

What you'll do

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements across customer, vendor
• Handle SaaS, software licensing, cloud, payment gateway and data protection
• Advise on logistics, warehousing, service, partnership and NDA agreements
• Provide legal support on confidentiality, information security and other
• Handle and manage the IP portfolio for the company and it’s subsidiaries

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience
