Effective handling MACT Claims. Tendering evidence and taking regular follow up from Advocates. Prepare and Vetting of WS and timely filing written notes of arguments. Maintaining MIS of the concerned location. Travelling to Locations for reviewing cases , adducing evidences and pre- settlement .
