Manager, Market Reporting & Analytics

About the role

As a founding member of Regeneron's first GCC, you will play a key role in establishing reporting processes, analytics frameworks, and operating standards that will support international commercial reporting capabilities across key markets including Europe, Canada, and Japan.

What you'll do

• Play a key role in establishing reporting processes, analytics frameworks
• Lead teams responsible for incentive compensation, reporting, dashboarding, and analytics while driving operational excellence, data quality, and process standardization
• Lead the in-country Incentive Compensation and Market Reporting & Analytics teams supporting international markets, including Europe, Canada, and Japan
• Handle day-to-day team activities, prioritize deliverables, review outputs for quality and accuracy, and support team development in a matrixed environment
• Establish reporting documentation standards, analytics workflows, and operating norms as part of the GCC build-out
