Manager - Medical Science Liaison

About the role

The Manager - Medical Science Liaison will be responsible for engaging with key doctors and healthcare professionals in partner hospitals. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with these stakeholders, effectively communicating our research, evidence, and product features, and helping them understand the impact of Dozee’s solutions in enhancing patient safety.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) such as senior doctors, medical directors, and department heads in partner hospitals
• Conduct one-on-one interactions to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions
• Gather feedback from KOLs on product performance and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and R&D teams to align KOL engagement strategies with organizational goals
• Assist in co-creating marketing materials and evidence-based content with input from KOLs
