About the role

The Data Center Technical Support role is responsible for providing high-level pre-sales technical support across enterprise, government, and hyperscaler data center opportunities. The role involves technical validation, genset sizing, redundancy configuration, RAMS/MTBF/MTTR analysis, RFP/tender response support, and maintaining technical toolsets to ensure alignment between sales, engineering, and customer requirements.
