About the role

We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and results-oriented IT Business Coordinator to serve as the critical liaison between our Claims team and our IT department. The ideal candidate is a sincere professional who can take initiative, drive projects forward, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions.

What you'll do

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Proactively engage with the Claims team to understand their challenges, processes, and business requirements
• Translate these needs into clear, detailed, and actionable specifications for the IT department
• Project Management and Execution : Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final implementation
• This includes creating and managing detailed project plans, defining milestones, assigning tasks, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and held accountable
• Cross-Departmental Coordination : Facilitate smooth inter-departmental implementation by coordinating with IT and other relevant departments (e.g., Underwriting
