About the role

Manager - Operations at GoKhana. Must have Product knowledge.

What you'll do

  • Attend mandatory training sessions as & when held by the head office. Conducting operations training and ensuring that the team are competent in Operations
  • Understand & meet Client Services deliverables
  • Provide Training to vendor Staffs on POS operating process and to train the team on POS/ APP trouble shooting, Inventory management, Menu planning
