Manager- Planning & Governance || Mumbai || WFO

About the role

Utilize data analytics and AI-enabled reporting tools to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making. We're looking for someone who has: 8-12 years of experience in Program Governance, PMO, Portfolio Management, or Transformation Office roles. Demonstrated financial management experience covering budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and program benefits measurement.

What you'll do

• Work in a fast paced environment
• Lead governance frameworks, PMO processes, change control, and performance tracking across transformation programs
• Develop and present executive-level dashboards, reports, and insights to senior governance forums and leadership teams
• Manage program risks, dependencies, RAID logs, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination
