Manager - Planning

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven professional to manage the planning, monitoring, and governance of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use projects across the WEST EAST Zone. The role will be responsible for driving project performance reviews, MIS reporting, portfolio analytics, forecasting, dashboard management, monitoring SOPs and cross-functional coordination to enable timely decision-making by senior leadership.

What you'll do

• Manage planning, monitoring, and reporting for a portfolio of projects across the region
• Develop and maintain project tracking dashboards, MIS reports, and portfolio review presentations for zonal and corporate leadership
• Consolidate project-level data related to timelines, budgets, cashflows, approvals, construction progress, and key business metrics
• Prepare, analyse, forecast MIS related to major KPIs to drive portfolio progress
• Analyze project performance trends, identify risks and delays, and provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making
