About the role

Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. We are seeking a strong Programme Manager with a PMO and analytics background to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of an enterprise reporting and analytics service.

What you'll do

• Provide end-to-end programme and PMO leadership — planning, governance, dependency tracking, and reporting against milestones and delivery roadmaps
• Establish and run PMO disciplines: governance cadence, status reporting, risk and issue management, resource tracking, and stage-gate control
• Own the analytics and reporting delivery roadmap, coordinating data engineering and Power BI workstreams across Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure SQL
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and steering committees, translating delivery and analytics performance into clear executive reporting
• Lead change management across the programme — planning, communicating, and embedding process, tooling, and reporting changes with minimal disruption to stakeholders
