About the role
The position is responsible for executing the project procurement plan for his/her assigned project(s). Incumbent will coordinate procurement activities directly between the project team and the appropriate category manager for lead items. He / She will also work directly with suppliers of non-lead equipment to competitively support the project.
What you'll do
- Responsible for executing the project procurement plan for his/her assigned project(s)
- Coordinate procurement activities directly between the project team and the appropriate category manager for lead items
- Define, jointly with Project Management, project specific vendor list for proposal- and project execution
- Develop Commercial Bid Analysis under Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) consideration
- Ensure conduct of pre-award negotiations by category team
