Manager – Quality

About the role

As a Quality Manager, you will ensure adherence to quality standards, manage budgets, conduct audits and lead process improvements while training and guiding the team to enhance operational efficiency and maintain compliance throughout construction projects.

What you'll do

• Prepares recommendations for quality budget preparation
• Tracks expenses to ensure they remain within budget
• Verifies bill payments for all expenses (as per the current corporate limit)
• Monitors, adheres to and circulates the Monthly Quality Report
• Implements and drives the Digital Quality app for site QC and snagging purposes

What you need

• 15–18 yrs of experience
• Construction
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E.
