What you'll do

• Product design, plan, and execute well-controlled laboratory experiments with high scientific rigor and attention to detail
• Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and engineering
• Drive product development activities to ensure the right quality parameters, with robust, scalable, and compliant processes
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical and product development -related challenges using critical and creative thinking
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs for production of reagents, intermediates, and starting materials
