Manager, Renewals -APAC at UiPath. As a Manager, Renewals, you'll lead the team that protects and grows UiPath's recurring revenue across APAC.

What you'll do

• Build and coach a high-performing renewals organization, own the renewals forecast for the region
• Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, hire, onboard and develop a team of Renewals specialists , setting clear goals tied to the overall Sales and Customer Success strategy
• Coach the team on deal strategy, negotiation, pricing and procurement conversations to raise renewal quality and consistency
• Own performance management, career development, retention and compensation discussions for your team
