About the role

We are looking for a Manager – Revenue Operations & Business Systems to drive the transformation and continuous improvement of our Revenue Operations, Zoho ecosystem, automation, and AI capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Own and continuously improve the Zoho CRM, Creator and related ecosystem , with a focus on simplification, scalability, data quality, and user experience
  • Review existing CRM/Creator architecture and redesign processes, forms, workflows, modules, and integrations where required
  • Build and enhance automation, workflows, APIs, custom functions and integrations using tools such as Deluge and other technologies
