About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to support Sales Operations and FP&A functions within the Insurance Business Unit. This role will drive strategic initiatives, pipeline tracking, executive reporting, and business performance analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making and growth acceleration.

What you'll do

  • Drive strategic initiatives, pipeline tracking, executive reporting, and business performance analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making and growth acceleration
  • Own end-to-end pipeline tracking, reporting, and dashboarding (SFDC)
  • Collaborate with Sales head, Sales team, AM/CE, and Growth Office to ensure pipeline accuracy and deal prioritization
  • Drive monthly/quarterly sales reviews, growth calls, and executive engagement tracking
  • Educate sales teams on best practices and process adherence
