Manager-Sales MIS & Cost Analysis

About the role

To analyse the sales, costs, and profitability of all KS Bakers retail outlets and provide management with meaningful insights, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations. The role is not limited to preparing sales reports.

What you'll do

• Outlet Sales MIS & Performance Analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS for all retail outlets
• Analyse outlet-wise sales against targets, budgets, and previous-period performance
• Monitor the number of bills, average bill value (ABV), sales growth, and product-wise sales mix
• Identify outlets achieving or missing their sales targets and analyse the reasons

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• Sales
• MIS reporting

• POS
• CA Intermediate or CMA or MBA or M.Com
