The Training manager is the custodian of capability building and performance of the 1000+ workforce spread across the country.

What you'll do

• KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Product Training
• Basic Product Training for CCA though regular content creation and daily in store learning material
• Advanced product training for Store Managers on Project drive category
• Seasonal Product Training Manuals delivery
• Identifying the need and delivering in-store product training
