Manager - Secretarial (CEAT JR 2888)

About the role

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, SBEB Regulations, 2021, FEMA and other applicable laws and regulations for listed entities. Draft, review, and finalize agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board, Committee, and Shareholders’ meetings.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and finalize agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board, Committee, and Shareholders’ meetings
• Assist in handling corporate actions such as dividends, rights/bonus issues, ESOPs, M&A-related compliances, etc
• Manage stock exchange filings, disclosures, and investor-related compliance matters
• Support in preparation and filing of annual reports, corporate governance reports, and other statutory documents
• Liaise with regulators, stock exchanges, depositories, and other stakeholders on compliance matters
