What you'll do

• Provide overall leadership in developing and strengthening the Skilling, Livelihood and Entrepreneurship strategic thematic portfolio
• Lead the formulation of a long-term Strategy for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, emerging evidence, and the evolving external landscape
