About the role

Manage the Operations team for Listed Derivatives business covering Atlantis and Manual settlement of trades/invoices for Payables and Receivables Effectively utilize the resources to improve the existing process and identify process improvement projects and drive it through team leads Manage the BAU to meet the agreed contractual service levels

What you'll do

• Use CS and FIA applications to perform the reconciliation BAU and resolve the breaks
• Review the team performance and tweak the targets and work with the team leads to achieve them
• Understand the SLA requirements and prepare a plan of action for remediation
• Be part of the product onboarding with clients and run the operations requirements including UAT, testing and result evaluation
• Prioritising work to ensure all SLA’s are adhered too
