Manager - SOX Compliance

About the role

4-6 members direct reporting to the incumbent who in turn will report to the SDL The Manager SOX Compliance will be a member of the Global Internal Audit team and report directly to the Global SOX Compliance Lead at BBS Mohali. The Manager SOX Compliance will support the Bunge SOX Compliance program and other initiatives, in collaboration with the Global/Regional SOX teams and with process/control owners across the organization.

What you'll do

• Participate in other strategic business activities, as requested by management
• Lead and manage the execution of SOX Program, from planning and scoping, to testing, reporting and monitoring internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
• Oversee and review the testing of internal controls ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including management, external auditors, and Global Internal Audit Leadership Team

What you need

• 7–9 yrs of experience

• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA
