About the role

To ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement of transformer components required for production — balancing delivery commitments, supplier performance, and cost optimization.

What you'll do

• Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key transformer materials — core steel
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard global and domestic suppliers for critical components
• Negotiate long-term price agreements, lead time commitments, and performance clauses
• Build alternate vendor base to de-risk supply chain
