Manager, Talent Business Partner – Mumbai

About the role

The Manager, Talent Business Partner is part of the Talent Business Partner team within Talent Advisory & Development Department. Based in CPP Investments' Mumbai office and reporting to a Managing Director, Talent Business Partner, the role serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders and colleagues across Mumbai and the broader APAC region.

What you'll do

• Build strong partnerships with business and people leaders, providing trusted advice and coaching on talent, leadership
• Lead the delivery of enterprise Talent processes across the portfolio, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning
• Support organizational effectiveness and change initiatives by advising on organizational structures, role clarity, workforce and capability needs
