Manager, TPM Product

About the role

The TPM Product Manager is a hybrid Product Owner role responsible for shaping and advancing Johnson & Johnson’s enterprise Third Party Risk operating model. In this position, this role will lead the design and continuous improvement of global Third Party processes while owning the procurement product roadmap and delivery of key enhancements.

What you'll do

• Design and operationalize enterprise-wide processes through tools (intake, onboarding, Fatal Flaw screenings, continuous monitoring, issue management
• Define and prioritize the Product enhancements roadmap, manage user stories and user acceptance criteria
• Engage business and risk stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solution designs, and ensure enhancements deliver measurable business outcomes
• Drive squads toward business‑impact‑oriented solutions, shape OKRs, and maintain accountability for high‑quality, timely execution
• UndefinedEstablish and track KPIs and benefit metrics and produce executive-level dashboards and status reporting.Integrate external risk intelligence
