Manager, Transaction Advisory

About the role

We are looking for a finance professional with strong tax skills to lead international tax, transfer pricing (TP), R&D tax incentives, and transaction tax advisory across our group entities in India, the US, the UK, and Singapore. The role works closely with the CFO, Legal, Accounting, and external advisors.

What you'll do

• International Tax and Structuring
• Advise on cross-border tax matters, including withholding tax, DTAA, PE/POEM risk and profit repatriation
• Plan tax-efficient group structures and intercompany funding
• Track changes in US, UK and Singapore tax rules, OECD Pillar Two and other tax law, and explain the business impact
• Own the group TP policy, intercompany agreements and pricing models
