About the role

This role requires the candidate to be actively managing fund raising and for the company. Fund raising would be in form of term loans/ ECBs.

What you'll do

  • Preparation of CMA/ Information Memorandum / proposals for bankers/ investors
  • Managing end to end process including post drawdown processes
  • Preparing timely treasury related MIS
  • Managing relationships with Banks
  • Filing regulatory returns related to ECB

What you need

  • 4–6 yrs of experience
  • Treasury
  • MIS reporting
  • B.Tech or B.E. or CMA or Chartered Accountant or MBA
