About the role

Utilize Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for mass data uploads and system maintenance. 6-8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Workday expertise. Proven experience delivering end-to-end Workday implementations and enhancements. Workday certifications in HCM, Time Tracking, or Absence are preferred.

What you'll do

  • Lead global Workday Time & Absence transformation initiatives
  • Partner with international HR and Payroll leaders to drive impact
  • Act as the functional SME for Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
  • Configure and maintain leave plans, accrual rules, entitlement policies, and time tracking frameworks
  • Design, optimize, and support Workday configurations across HR systems
