Managing Consultant, Geology

About the role

As a Level 3 Geologist, you will play a key role in delivering complex contaminated land, hydrogeology, and remediation projects across ERM's global client portfolio. You will provide technical leadership, manage project delivery, mentor junior staff, and work closely with regional teams and clients to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

What you'll do

• Manage and deliver contaminated land, hydrogeological, and remediation projects from planning through completion
• Lead technical interpretation of geological, hydrogeological, and environmental datasets
• Review technical reports, conceptual site models, and risk assessments and provide recommendations to support senior technical review and approval
• Manage project budgets, resources, schedules, and quality assurance processes
• Supervise field investigations, subcontractors, and project teams

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience
• Stakeholder management
• Project management
• Data analysis
• Any graduate
