M&A - Analyst

About the role

A CA and/or MBA qualification. Approximately 2 to 6 years of relevant professional experience. Opportunity to work on high-impact M&A and strategic growth initiatives. End-to-end exposure across target identification, valuation, due diligence and transaction execution. Direct interaction with senior leadership and experienced external advisors.

What you'll do

• Drive high-impact M&A transactions with direct senior leadership exposure
• Build end-to-end deal experience across valuation, diligence and execution
• Identify, screen and evaluate potential M&A opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives
• Build financial models and perform valuations using DCF, comparable companies and precedent transaction methodologies
• Support financial and commercial due diligence and identify key deal risks and opportunities

What you need

• 2–6 yrs of experience

• Due diligence
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
