About the role

Assess testing capability and capacity, developing comprehensive test plans in conjunction with the Program Manager. Develop Business Test Plans, secure necessary approvals, and ensure appropriate test accounts are provisioned and conditioned. Manage defect logging and retesting until resolution.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and, if applicable, create user stories
  • Assess testing capability and capacity, developing comprehensive test plans in conjunction with the Program Manager
  • Develop Business Test Plans, secure necessary approvals, and ensure appropriate test accounts are provisioned and conditioned
  • Manage defect logging and retesting until resolution
