About the role

Assist Training Superintendent/ Coordinator, whenever required for co- ordination of officers / ratings to attend various mandatory, specialized courses and seminars Follow up P&I claims of officers and ratings, for group of vessels assigned. Debriefing senior officers for evaluation of crew performance and record suggestions for Quality improvement where necessary.

Take decisions for retention/ re-employment / promotion/ training/counseling and ship board follow up
Training - Emphasis on training of officers and crew on safety and pollution prevention and company‘s expectations from them on quality improvement
