Marketing Events Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of impactful marketing events for global technology clients. Based in Gurugram, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of events across India, ranging from large-scale industry gatherings to smaller user group sessions.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning, production, and execution of marketing events across India, from large-scale conferences to smaller user group gatherings
• Collaborate with event owners, product marketing, and solutions marketing teams to define event objectives, target audiences, content, and promotional approaches
• Manage the complete event lifecycle, including pre-event consultation, planning, venue selection, agenda development, event flow, promotion, registration, printing
• Coordinate event budgets, staffing, suppliers, and logistics while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within agreed parameters
• Work with event owners to identify speakers and develop presentations, event content, marketing collateral, and branded materials
