Marketing Innovation Lead (AGM) | FMCG | Gurgaon | 10+yrs

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: 10-12 years of Marketing experience, preferably within FMCG. 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in NPD / Innovation / Product Development. Proven experience taking products from idea to shelf, ideally across multiple launches. Experience working closely with R&D on formulation, testing, packaging and commercialisation.

What you'll do

• Work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Lead 0→1 brand and product development initiatives across identified high-growth categories
• Translate consumer insights and market opportunities into winning concepts, propositions and product portfolios
• Own the innovation pipeline across multiple projects and decide what to prioritise, develop or stop
• Work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, Finance, Sales and Marketing to take products from concept to shelf
