Marketing Manager- Growth & Brand | A design-first furniture and home lifestyle brand

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Brand Manager who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and bridge the worlds of brand and digital. This role calls for someone who understands digital inside out — but wants to go beyond performance metrics to build a brand that truly connects with people.

What you'll do

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, retail, product, and CX teams to ensure consistency and alignment across every customer interaction
• Experience building campaigns that combine brand storytelling with measurable outcomes
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools
• Prior exposure to fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
