Marketing Operations & AI Automation Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations & AI Automation Coordinator to provide production, operational, and automation support for the Marketing team. This role goes beyond executing from approved templates: the ideal candidate can design, build, and maintain automated workflows across our marketing tech stack, reducing manual work, scaling content production, and improving reporting accuracy.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain automated workflows across our tech stack, for example
• Build and manage automations in Zapier or n8n to connect marketing tools and reduce manual handoffs
• Set up and manage automated design production in Canva (templated, at-scale asset generation)
• Support project and workflow tracking in Smartsheet
• Use GitHub, Claude Cowork, Supabase, and Vercel to support and maintain internal marketing tools and dashboards

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
