Marketing Operations Coordinator - India

About the role

Responsibilities include collaborating with a global marketing team and deploying assets in HubSpot (emails, landing pages, meeting schedule tools, etc.). The candidate will be expected to be aware of connections with other tools in the OPSWAT MarTech stack (SugarCRM, SalesLoft, etc.) and should have an interest in learning new technology.

What you'll do

• Working in HubSpot to build and orchestrate marketing materials
• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all deployed materials to ensure they perform as intended before finalizing each motion
• Informing stakeholders of the progress of their requests to the Marketing Operations team
• Providing stakeholders with reports and progress of their items in market or items that have gone to market
• Using AI tools to work more efficiently day to day

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• HubSpot
• PowerPoint
• BBA
