Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

This role will play a critical part in supporting our marketing initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless data integration and performance tracking between Salesforce, Pardot, and other platforms, will also ensure the efficient execution of marketing automation processes, email campaigns, lead scoring, and robust reporting to optimize marketing ROI.

What you'll do

• Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot Management & Optimization
• Manage day-to-day operations within Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), including campaign setup, lead scoring, segmentation, and email automation
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and customer retention, ensuring alignment with sales initiatives
• Ensure Pardot and Salesforce integration is seamless for accurate lead tracking and hand-off between marketing and sales teams
• Implement and maintain cross-platform analytics tracking to ensure accurate data collection from all marketing channels (email, website, social, ads)
