What you'll do

  • Set up new customers in SAP based on Zendesk ticket submitted by Sales
  • Complete supplier forms submitted by new customers
  • Enter approved partner pricing discounts into Partner Portal as promotional code
  • Manage customer price agreements in Salesforce
  • Ensure clean and timely booking of customer purchase orders, including: Proactively audit open quotations for pre-booking accuracy
