Mechanical Intern – MEP

About the role

The role includes assisting with technical due diligence, feasibility assessments, cost estimation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and high‑quality project outputs.

What you'll do

• Support MEP technical due diligence for large land parcels in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Assist in preparing detailed due‑diligence reports, including risk registers
• Prepare block cost estimates for MEP infrastructure services to support feasibility studies
• Help assess MEP infrastructure requirements for client land parcels and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
• Conduct compliance checks in line with EC norms, MoEF guidelines, Local CFO requirements, NBC 2016, IS codes, and relevant international standards
